Martin Albus wine is made from grapes from only two locations – Martin and Albus – emphasizing the uniqueness of the terroir. It is aged for a year in large Slavonian oak barrels, which brings softness, but does not disturb the terroir character of the wine. The wine is crystalline yellow in color with a golden sheen. On the nose it opens with lovely scents of vanilla and fruity shades of green and yellow apple, vineyard peach with some interesting, sporadic notes of mango. It is dry on the palate, medium-bodied, but long-lasting. Fruity and herbal in the aftertaste, with prominent juiciness and enhanced varietal bitterness provided by graševina, which opens the way to many pairing ideas.

With a lot of understanding and an unmistakable sense of finesse, four great varieties of pronounced character (Rhein Riesling, Chardonnay aged in Slavonian oak, Pinot Gris of selective harvest and Traminac of selective berry picking) are blended into a harmonious whole. The old gold color indicates a mature wine from a later vintage, and the oily fluidity suggests power and depth. Intense and very complex on the nose, the wine shows seriousness and a grip of discipline noticeable in the layered aromatic sensations that change at regular time intervals in their sumptuous array. Yellow rose, lilac, ripe apricot and peach come first, while tropical fruits, vanilla, meadow honey, linden and chamomile make their way from the second row. The pleasant acidity and character of the essence like a magnet retain the entire aromatic structure, which does not lose its intensity and breadth even after a long time. Refined and modernly wins at the first, but at the same time retains attention and encourages intrigue. The rich extract copes without any problems with the well-integrated 14% alcohol, and the ubiquitous Baranja sweetness in the wine is cloaked in a mantle of vibrant, mineral freshness that keeps the wine in perfect balance.
This wine received a gold medal in the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023 and is rated a score of 96.

Pinot Noir, matured for 13 months in previously used and new (15 percent) Bordeaux barrique oak barrels, designated as quality wine with a Protected Designation of Origin (AOC), dry, 13.5 % alcohol content by volume, non-filtered, 0.75 l.
Modern, plush, full and warm with considerable fruitiness in a harmonious blend with well composed herbal and spicy strands and a floral tone, vibrant on the palate with noticeable yet unimposing tannin structure, well rounded, of considerable length. Of a darker sparkling ruby colour with a discrete albeit entirely adequately strongly pronounced aroma needing some time to open up and exhibit a beautiful, complex bouquet with ripe, dark rubus fruits and drupes underpinned by caresses of smoke and vanilla, overtones of dark flowers and dried spice herbs and a trace of white pepper. Pure, pleasantly bitterish on the palate, with a good acidity, plush with fine grained tissue, harmonious, lasting, while the rubes are once again perceived retronasally.
